The product department works in close coordination with engineering, design, marketing and commercial to plan execution and deployment of Redivis products and features.

Proactive gathering and synthesis of needs and issues from users and from each company department is critical to the success of the product team. A focus on excellent written and in-person support for our users and clear, frequent communication of product priorities to the internal team and broader user & customer base is a cornerstone of the organization.

As user challenges and customer priorities coalesce around a particular product area, the product team launches a sprint (the cornerstone to our ) to engage executive, design and engineering teams to build and launch an improved product to support our users and customers.

The product department is lead by the CPO (currently: 'Head of Product')

Our product team is currently led by our Head of Product, who collaborates closely with our design and executive teams. In the future, we will bring on additional employees to focus on executing the product vision and supporting our users and customers, in the following roles:
