We have quarterly check-ins scheduled to make sure that all employees feel supported in designing and pursuing their professional development plans. ## **Time** We are strongly supportive of all employees taking at least 1 week per year to take a class or attend conferences relevant to their work. ## **Budget** We offer $2,000 annual stipends to all employees to support career development.
