It's important to us that your time at Redivis fits in to your broader career trajectory and goals for personal growth. We have quarterly check-ins scheduled to make sure that all employees feel supported in designing and pursuing their professional development plans.
Time
We are strongly supportive of all employees taking at least 1 week per year to take a class or attend conferences relevant to their work.
Budget
We offer $2,000 annual stipends to all employees to support career development. This includes travel to conferences, courses, materials, etc.
