Overview
Our goal is to ensure that our employees and their families are able to seek a wide range of medical care, and are financially protected in the case of a significant medical event. Employer sponsored healthcare in the US is bizarre, inequitable, and inefficient, but we want to do the absolute best we can by our employees within the system we have.
We also want our employees to be able to easily save for retirement. Redivis offers a 401(k) plan with substantial employer matching.

401(k)
The 401(k) plan is offered through Guideline, which allows you to easily invest in a wide variety of low-fee Vanguard funds. All employees are eligible to enroll after 3 months of employment.
Redivis provides 100% matching on the first 3% salary deferred, and 50% of contributions from 3% to 5%. In other words, if you contribute 5% of your salary to your 401(k), Redivis will deposit an additional 4% on top of your salary to your 401(k).
