Redivis is a profitable, worker-owned and worker-managed company. We are independent of investors, and our sole focus is on making an incredible product for our customers and an incredible company for all of us.
We are a passionate team of designers, engineers, entrepreneurs, people people, and data wranglers. We were founded by Ian Mathews, Sean McIntyre, and Erin DeLaney, who share the vision that the data our society collects should be widely available, easily understood, and readily actionable.
As a small company, we all wear many hats — and many of us are self-taught in the hats we wear! Our unifying ethos is in our commitment to our work and mission, complemented by our strong desire to build Redivis into a company that cares about its people, its customers, and the broader community.
We rely heavily on our values to inform our actions, and are deliberate in practicing a healthy work-life balance. We set out to create a company we all wanted to work at, and are looking forward to including you in this process.
