At work

It is important to us that everybody has the tools they need to feel productive, fulfilled, and healthy in their work. In general, if there's equipment or software that would be helpful to your work, we're supportive of purchasing it.

Given that pretty much all of our work is on the computer, we prioritize making sure that everyone has top of the line MacBook Pros.

Home office

While we recognize that different people will have different needs, we will generally reimburse up to $1,000 for new employees for their home office setup, and up to $500 per year thereafter.

This policy will continue even after we return to some level of office normalcy, as our require us all to have a home office setup that works well.
